Discover the beauty of Romanian Christmas from traditions to tasting food and drinks that we cook especially for holidays. Your local guide will take you at the most important Christmas Market in the city and at the same time you can hear stories about how we celebrate Christmas, interesting, but also weird traditions for this period of the year and also changes that appeared in communist Romania. Of course, you will not miss the decorations on the main boulevards.
At the fairs, the guide will explain which are the traditional souvenirs and also what we eat for our Christmas (such a long list that it will be difficult to remember).
One of the highlights of the tour is the story of Christmas during communist times, when Santa Claus was illegal and abusively replaced by another character.

Take a walk on the boulevard in front of the theatre to see the most amazing Christmas decorations in the entire city. Normaly, this is the boulevard that receives the best decorations.
Here is the location of one of the most visited Christmas markets in the city. Drink a traditional Romanian wine and enjoy the atmosphere with handmade items and souvenirs.
Stroll through the small streets of the Old Town and enjoy stories of traditional Christmas and at the same time admire the decorations and the impressive old buildings.
The biggest Christmas Market in the city with 5 milion lights takes place in the Constitution Square, exactly in front of the Palace of Parliament. Enjoy Romanian tradition foods and drinks with this amazing view of the most famous building in the city.
